I wanted to write something before the 2011 year had come to an end.

This was a year of hardship, strength, questions, trials and tribulations for myself. I have learnt a lot from a peace of mind now that everyone falls, scrapes there knee and heals in there own way. If you go through life giving your all and truly being yourself you will live a loving and successful life from your eyes. Should you hide, change unwillingly, question somewhere or something your involved in too long, you will experience these falls and scrapes. In those times you learn lessons on how to get back up and be you. You can learn who you are again and become aware to what you may not have seen.

I'm so thankful for all the experiences of 2011, I may have lost of a few friends due to Cancer but had gained a friend in the sky, I had believed to be a confidant and partner but that had turned to a heart break and a lesson of love, a reformed bond with my friends, a rewarding chance at a film festival position, a once in a life time chance to dance in the Bollywood Oscars, a chance to forgive but not forget as you should never, made some mistakes and got back up and now we are here. I want to wish you all the best on the end of 2011 and the beginning of a NEW YEAR !! Make the most of what you can and don't forget you are great !!

MORNING GUYS AND GALS!!

Just wanted to give you all a update. For the past few weeks I have been working on a project with a director that has won some awards from TIFF, TUFF and Sundance. At his moment we are working on a 30min short film that will be pitched and presented in next years film festivals. It is quite the experience for me and I will be posting pictures as we start getting further along in filming. I have filmed about 10 hours of work so far and am extatic. Its a huge growth as I had my first death scene filmed in public, convincing the public around us was a rush !!!

I will keep you posted on when this is all in post production to keep you eyes open !!!

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to update you as I am now a part of the IIFA celebrations being held for the first time in North America. They are being held at the Rogers Centre, but to all of the people older then 21 its gonna stay our beloved SKYDOME !!!

I had the opputunity to work on set a few weeks ago with Amy Wright, on the flash mob dancing scenes for the video produced for this event. Here are some photos of us during rehearsals. I will be sure to have some photos of the actual event posted once all is done.

I wanted to post quick information about my theatre involvement that I am excited to start in October. I will be apart of the production the Winslow Boy put on by Stage Centre Productions at the Glen Gould Theatre in Toronto, ON.

Here is a brief synopsis of the play.

Based on a true incident, The Winslow Boy is con-sidered by some to be the finest work of the brilliant British writer Sir Terence Rattigan, a master of the "well made play" and immensely popular at the box office during his life time. In the play, young Ronnie Winslow is accused of theft and is expelled from the Royal Naval College at Osborne without a trial. Ronnie protests his inno-cence to his father, who is determined to clear his son's name no matter what the cost. It is the father’s fight to "Let Right Be Done" in the face of injustice that captivates and enthrals the audience.

So if anyone knows me, they know I have my tattoo on my arm. I had gotten my first one when I was 16 and moved out to Toronto. I wanted to get it to represent my star sign. I am an Aries for those who need a hint, for the last 4 years I knew that it wasn't finished. I had to add to my sign to make it complete, which would mean add a sun to represent the fire in me. I finally had a chance to finish it and here it is.

Chicago Awaits

So I had the opportunity to go to Chicago to visit some friends at the end of April. Its something I had wanted to do for years, so I had booked this back in March for myself to experience. I have a lot of photos, more then will fit on this site but I am going to share some of the special ones.

My visit was a great one, got to experience a lot in 6 days, went to a Cubs game, went to Al Capones bar, went to the Zoo, Shopped of course, drove around to see what views Chicago had, got my Tattoo and then went out to experience the food and drink scene.

So my mother had a SURPRISE birthday party planned by the family. This was the first time I had seen all my extended family all in one room since my grandmothers passing. Its been years and having the oppurtunity to sit with aunts and cousins was an amazing feeling !

So during the winter of 2010-2011 my best friend and wife in life had come home from Malaysia. She looked amazing and has changed into such an amazing women !!

All i can say is I admire her courage to be so far away from all she knows, to live a life of freedom among a culture I can only love to take in. Here are some photos of her when she visited Toronto.

On the date of Feb 2,2011 a mentor in my life, a friend, a inspiration to a young soul had been taken away from our world.

It was noon when I had found out that she had passed, All I could think about is that it wasnt true. I heard from a unlikely source, and didnt think it was possible. I was well aware that she battled Breast Cancer for years and was a fighter. Fighter meaning that she would go on, fight for her life, as she did gratiously and with such love and compassion for anyone she knew.

When I met Crystal it was when I had talked to her via phone to Intern for her company Crystal Casting Inc. I am a actor in the city of Toronto true, but I feel I need to learn upon all aspects to become a success as I know all journeys have paths. She was such an amazing soul, from first appearance in my life she was nothing less then GREAT.

I rememberthe first day, it was a busy day at Milestones castiong and we were working on a new project, She mentioned to me that things can get a little hectic but to learn when its busy is the best way to do so. She always kept an eye on me to make sure I wasnt loosing my mind but she knew that I would work my hardest because the respect she gave me that wasnt earned at time.

For the summer months of 2010 we had worked together as I assisted her and was learning how things worked in the casting world. I learned how to approach auditions, she even got me to do readings with her auditions which made me feel more and more comfortable as an actor. She would get me to audition in some as if she wanted to see me succeed in my dreams. Learning more and more about this bright individual made me feel how lucky I am to be so young and to have met her. She never asked anything much from me, and I was always giving my 150% because I was greatful to know that in Toronto, and the Industry there was a lot to be learned.

It is with great sadness that I am writing this but I want her memory to live on. She was an amazing person and always took care of others, and that we should never forget. She was a devoted wife, a great friend, a sensational boss, she meant a lot to all of us.

I will most likely post along a few more memories as time goes on, If anyone else has any great memories to share and feel they woud like to do so on here please let me know. She was a lot to me, I hope she knew so...

So on Nov 11th 2010, it turned out the the Scotiabank across the road from my work got robbed. I couldn't get close photos as the area was blocked off but I did take a few small ones. I thought this was hilarious because I was so sure bank robberies were at an all time LOW. Who knew that people still rob banks, do they even carry anything over $10,000.00 in them anymore???

So since I have started work at Henry's, I have taken up my interest on taking photos again. I have been looking around the city and wanting to express a new interest besides acting. I am learning more about the camera and behind the scenes work to enhance my view on my craft. By spring time I will be auditioning full time and see where my acting career goes with my new knowledge. I did an internship with Crystal Castings for 3 months and continue to help in random spurts, I must say working on the other end has personally helped me in many ways.

So we had some friends come over for a night of art and laughter and dinner. Chloe is an amazing lady I must say, with a heart of gold. She provided me with some new art utensils and a book to create my images of life in. She also brought Matt some amazing literature to read about. Brock, well hes an amazing artist. We have been talking about doing another dinner sometime soon when all of our schedules are available.

Beamsville Fair

So this summer we went to the Beamsville fair to enjoy some old fashioned fun, was a little different from when I was little and in Cadets, I remember having to work the fairs and directing cars to park, being security in the field and just doing fun cadet stuff. We took my sister out to have a good night and things went well, after wards went for a few drinks and then went home to relax.

So on September 20th the magical and amazing man named Matthew Thomas Gillespie was born in 1981, little did he know that 29 years later his birthday would turn out to be a surprise party hosted by yours truly.

I know he doesn't like surprises but it turned out pretty good in the end, so I had a few people come by to spend the evening to celebrate after work, we dinned we winned and just had a good time all around.

Hey Guys,

So there is the amazing little pub on Pape. Matthew and I have been in regular attendance of this peaceful and friendly environment based off those two points. You attend, the staff and customers are always friendly and its in a location were no fights break out, no discrimination is relevant.

It is a Serbian bar, and to be honest to a new level I feel that people of different nationality have no negative outlook on something abnormal persay in a city aspect. We are all different in many ways, and when it comes down to it we all have weaknesses and judgement passed our ways. I feel that these people are amazing !!! I professional suggest that for a good time, attend a band night at Yu Rock !!

2010 Update

Hey Guys,

I know I have been MIA for a while but there has been much to go through.

I lost my full time job in Toronto, which had made my life a little hectic in the directional sense of where I am to be and what is to come. My goals and dreams haven't changed just circumstance has. I am partially working part time to help generate some minor income at an events company named Designing Trendz Inc.

I had worked within this company before, about 5 years ago so going back has been a flash back to say the least.

I have also continued auditioning for roles and commercials, again slow process but I am confident once my name starts to go around I will be able to get more exposure. I had the opportunity to meet Cyndi Lauper at the Pride events this year, while at her sound check so that was an amazing experience.

I just returned from a weekend getaway with Matt to a friends cottage that was in Bancroft, It was a long drive away from the city of Toronto but it was worth the travels. I will be posting photos after this post to catch everyone up on what has taken place.

I am in the process of applying for my educational experience in Business, will be a part time student and returning to night courses to get my diploma. I again will keep all posted when all takes place but the educational facility I plan on attending is George Brown.

So I know I havent been on here much lately, but I have been writing a story... Not fully sure what to think of it but if you are interested please visit my Poems page to see what its about. Its not done but I want to put what I got up, just to update those of you who are paying attention to where I have been and what I have been up to :)

I have a lot more coming up and I had a few good auditions so I will keep you posted on whats going on. I have a lot coming up, a move to a new place in a months time, and well a new look on life and plans for a future in this Industry and travel!!!

Just wanted to update you as I have 2 auditions booked in the next week, then a photo shoot on Sunday.

I guess I should finally write something about my acting career eh ?

Well good news I have a few things in the works now, as December and Jan and Feb are slow months due to the nature of the industry. I am very excited and am studying minorly for a role in a horror film I have an audition for in a week which I believe with my creative edge on the character I will receive the role!

There will be a new photoshoot aswell, and I will post the new photos as soon as the shoot and post development has been done. Thought I would just update everyone who reads this on where I stand.

I truly feel that 2010 is going to be the year for many things in my life, and hopefully yours aswell !! I will update everyone soon on the audition and with more information.

2010, does it actually mean a thing to anyone?

A new year , a new venture, a new beginning for most. If you feel that your stuck in the past let go, its the hardest thing to do trust me I know more then the world that I live in.

All I want to pass along is a statement which opened my eyes to a lot more in life, the word of the year is Acceptance. Please take my advise and be wise. Dont let anyone get to you, dont give your heart to someone who is going to kick it like a soccer ball. Dont forget what you need for yourself in life and you will make it anywhere!! Please read below.
